Diagnose loop detector issues for automatic gates and doors with EMX’s TSTL Test Loop from Action Industries. It can be difficult to determine if the problem is caused by the loop detector or the installed loop. Disconnect the in ground loop and connect the TSTL Test Loop for easy troubleshooting. When connected to the detector the TSTL senses metallic objects to test the loop detector’s functionality. If the gate or door operates correctly then the in ground loop is likely faulty. If the gate or door does not operate correctly then the detector is likely faulty.
